Hiren Patel
President & CEO
Mr. Patel is a 2002 graduate of The Ohio State University. He is the visionary at DHM. Upon graduation, MR. Patel joined the family hotel business in Columbus, Ohio. From that, he has grown DHM into a growing hotel management company. He is a proud member the San Antonio Chamber of Commerce, Boerne Chamber of Commerce, as a Lifetime member of AAHOA, and THLA.
Rupal Patel
Vice President of Finance & Operations
Mrs. Patel is a 2003 graduate from Southern Methodist University with both a Bachelor's and Master's with Concentration in Accounting. Following graduation, Rupal worked at Deloitte as an Accountant in Assurance and Advisory. At DHM, Mrs. Patel will serve as the VP of Finance, and head all property level accounting and internal financial reporting. She is also a Lifetime Member of AAHOA, a member of the Junior League of San Antonio, and Lifetime member of CLPS Samaj and Gujarati Samaj of San Antonio.
Pratik Patel
Vice President of Sales and Revenue Management
Mr. Patel is 2008 graduate from Virginia Commonwealth University with a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Management., With concentration in Entrepreneurship. Following graduation, Pratik accepted a position at JP Hospitality, as Director of Sales and Revenue Management. At Dominion Hotel Management, he will head the Sales and Revenue Departments as Vice-President. Mr. Patel is also a Lifetime member of AAHOA, and has received the CHO, CHA, Best Western, Wyndham, and Hilton Hotels Worldwide Management training certifications.
Nikesh Patel
Director of Human Resources
Mr. Patel is 2016 graduate from Texas A&M University with a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Management., with concentration in Finance. Following graduation, Nikesh is pursuing a Master's of Finance at Texas A&M University. He is a Lifetime member of AAHOA, and been employed at Perspective Hospitality Management Services. He has also worked at Fidelity Investments, as a portfolio manager. He is a proud member of the Brownsville Chamber of Commerce, as well as the South Padre Island Chamber of Commerce.
